Welcome, today's Art of War Battle Report features Richard's Mont'ka T'au Empire versus Nassim's Chaos Cult and Cabal of Chaos Chaos Space Marines!

As always, this competitive battle report is going to focus on the tactics and strategies employed by two of the best players in the world. How will both of these armies adapt to the new 11th Edition competitive meta?

Richard's T'au are led by the Twin Lance, an Ethereal with Strategic Conqueror, a Cadre Fireblade leading a Breacher Team and another Fireblade leading a second Breacher Team, 2x Devilfish, 3x Pathfinder Teams, a Piranha, 2x Riptide Battlesuits, 2x Stealth Battlesuits, and a Stormsurge.

Nassim's CSM are led by 3x Dark Communes, one with Warped Foresight, each leading a unit of Accursed Cultists, a Sorcerer in Terminator Armor leading 10 Chaos Terminators, 3x Cultist Mobs, 2x Traitor Guardsmen units, 2x units of Raptors, and a unit of Warp Talons.

Today’s battle will be fought using the Purge the Foe versus Priority Assets Disposition matchup on the new 11th Edition Terrain format, Hammer and Anvil Deployment, Layout C!
