On today’s Art of War Battle Report, we present to you the brand new edition of Warhammer 40k with John's Iconoclast Fiefdom and Lords of Dread Chaos Knights versus Brian's Gate Warden Lance and Dominus Foebreakers Imperial Knights!

As always, this competitive battle report is going to focus on the tactics and strategies employed by two of the best players in the world. How will both of these armies adapt to the new 11th Edition competitive meta?

John's Chaos Knights are composed of a Chaos Cerastus Knight Atrapos with Blessing of the Dark Matter, Knight Desecrator, a Knight Despoiler, a Knight Rampager with Throne Mechanicum of Skulls, 2x War Dog Karnivores, and 2x Cultist Mobs.

Brian's Imperial Knights are composed of Canis Rex, a Cerastus Knight Atrapos, 2x Knight Castellans, one with Archeotech Autoloaders and the other with Augury Halo, and a Knight Destrier with Purgation's Hand.

Today’s battle will be fought using the Priority Assets vs Purge the Foe Disposition matchup on the new 11th Edition Terrain format, Search and Destroy Deployment, Layout B.
