Welcome, today's Art of War Battle Report features Jack's Berzerker Warband World Eaters versus Sascha's Angelic Host and Vengeful Host Blood Angels!
As always, this competitive battle report is going to focus on the tactics and strategies employed by two of the best players in the world. How will both of these armies adapt to the new 11th Edition competitive meta? Who will take more skulls - Khorne's bloodthirsty red boys or The Emperor's bloodthirsty red boys?
Jack's World Eaters are led by Kharn the Betrayer and 10 Khorne Berzerkers, a Slaugherbound leading 3 Exalted Eightbound, a Master of Executions wielding Berzerker Glaive with 10 more Khorne Berzerkers, and Lord Invocatus leading yet another unit of 10 Berzerkers. Supporting these murderous madmen are a pair of Chaos Rhinos, two squads of two Chaos Spawn, two squads of 3 Eightbound, two Forgefiends with Autocannons, and a unit of Jakhals.
Sascha's Blood Angels are led by Commander Dante and 3 Sanguinary Guard, a Captain with Jump Pack and the Gleaming Pinions enhancement leading 3 Sanguinary Guard, a Captain with Jump Pack and the Avenging Angel enhancement leading 3 Sanguinary Guard, another Jump Pack Captain with Orksbane leading a squad of Vanguard Veterans with jump Packs, and The Sanguinor. They're supported by two Baal Predators, 6 Inceptors with Plasma Exterminators, 5 Scouts, a Land speeder, and a Storm Speeder Thunderstrike.
