Welcome, today's Art of War Battle Report features Nick’s Hallowed Martyrs Adepta Sororitas versus Michael's brand new 11th edition Codex Orks!

As always, this competitive battle report is going to focus on the tactics and strategies employed by two of the best players in the world. How will the first 11th edition codex fare in this new competitive meta? Will Nick’s sisters manage to quell the Xenos threat, or will they fall to Michael’s unrelenting storm of DAKKA?

Nicks Sororitas are commanded by Intranzia Fraye seated on the Throne of Blame, a Canoness with the Saintly Example enhancement, and a Palatine with Through Suffering, Strength. Joining them are a squad of 10 Battle Sisters, two squads of three Arco-flagellants, 5 Celestian Sacresants, two Dominion Squads, two pairs of Mortifiers with buzz-blades and heavy bolters, two squads of 5 Seraphim, and an armoured column of 3 Immolators with twin multi-meltas and 3 Castigators with autocannons.

Michael's Dread Mob, Wreckas, and Shoota Boyz Orks are led by a Deffkilla Wartrike leading 3 Warbikers, a Big Mek Dakkarig with the Dreadherder enhancement, a second Big Mek Dakkarig, a Big Mek with Shokk Attack Gun and the Targetin’ Squigs enhancement leading 6 Tankbustas, another Big Mek with Shokk Atack Gun leading 6 more Tankbustas, and two units of 10 Flash Gitz with the Supa-snazz dakka upgrade led by two Big Meks. They’re supported by two Deff Dreads with extra Klaws, two units of 10 Gretchin, and a Trukk.
