On today’s Art of War Battle Report, we have the War Room Elite match for September voted by you—Subterranean Assault Tyranids vs Berzerker Warband World Eaters!
As always, this competitive battle report is going to focus on the tactics and strategies employed by two of the best players in the world. Stay tuned to find out whether the mobility and tricks of the Tyranids and outlast the raw power of the World Eaters!
John’s Tyranids are led by a Hive Tyrant, a Neurotyrant, and a Trygon with the Trygon Prime enhancement. Supported by 2x units of Gargoyles, a Biovore, 2x Exocrines, 2x Neurolictors, a Psychophage, 2x Pyrovores, 2x units of Raveners, 2x Screamer Killers, and a unit of Zoanthropes.
Jack’s World Eaters are led by a Daemon Prince of Khorne with Helm of Brazen Ire, Kharn the Betrayer, Slaughterbound with Berzerker Glaive, and a Slaughterbound with Favoured of Khorne. Supported by a unit of Khorne Berzerkers, a Chaos Rhino, 2x units of Chaos Spawn, 2x units of Eightbound, 2x units of Exalted Eightbound, 2x Forgefiends, and 2x units of Jakhals.
Today’s battle will be fought using the Chapter Approved 2025-2026 Tournament Companion – Mission E, Take and Hold Primary, Hammer and Anvil Deployment, on Games Workshop Terrain Layout #7
